CNC Milling Parts

SAT CONTROL provides complete CNC 3-axis or 5-axis milling of complex precision components, from prototypes and small batches to automated serial production.

Our capabilities include CNC turning, simultaneous 5-axis milling and gear hobbing in a single setup. This allows us to manufacture demanding components from raw material to finished part without transferring them between different machines.

MULTITASKING CNC 5-Axis Machining

Our multitasking machining capabilities include:

  • CNC turning and simultaneous 5-axis milling
  • Gear hobbing of external gears, splines and toothed shafts
  • Multi-side machining of complex geometries
  • Drilling, tapping, boring and thread milling
  • Machining of angled surfaces and difficult-to-access features
  • Automated robotic loading and unloading
  • Prototype, small-batch and serial production

The working area of our multitasking equipment is approximately 300 × 440 × 380 mm, with a maximum workpiece diameter of approximately 400-450 mm and a maximum workpiece weight of up to 75 kg.

Our automated multitasking production cell is based on a Brother M300Xd1-5AX equipped with gear-hobbing capability and robotic part handling.

Our largest 3-axis machining centre provides working travels of approximately 1,050 × 570 × 510 mm, a table size of 1,300 × 570 mm and a maximum table load of up to 1,000 kg.

The actual maximum workpiece size depends on the component geometry, clamping method and required tool access.

Our 3-axis machining capacity includes a DOOSAN DNM 5700 vertical machining centre.
